With 10 years as a professional rugby player and qualifications as a group exercise trainer, Tomasi is passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can express themselves freely while enjoying their training. 

He believes in guiding participants to push themselves to their limits and confront their mental barriers, ultimately fostering personal growth.

Tomasi has a strong emphasis on connection, as understanding each person's strengths and weaknesses is essential for progress.
